Rayglass Boats has launched the Protector Expedition Series, the first major update to Protector hardtop design in nearly seven years.

Built on the Protector platform, the new design adds 800mm of hardtop length, creating 5.6m2 of roof space for equipment such as kayaks, bikes and solar panels. A forward-sloping windscreen improves visibility, reduces glare and condensation, and creates a more spacious cabin and helm area.

Available on the Protector 380 and 410 platforms, the Expedition Series combines Protector’s offshore capability with European-inspired styling. Power options range up to 740hp inboard and 1,200hp Mercury Marine outboards.

The concept originated from a custom build commissioned by a European superyacht owner in 2022. Strong customer interest led Rayglass to develop the Expedition Series for production.
