On the first day (well, very early for us on Friday morning) – all teams will race once, and Italy and France have the opportunity for a second outing on the course.

The first teams (Orient Express & Alinghi) will start just after midnight (2 pm CET), and on average the races will each run around 23 minutes, the next race starts about 10 minutes after the loser crosses the line.

Boating New Zealand will be following the action as it happens and, as with the Preliminary Regatta we will publish a race report shortly after the match.
