New Operations Manager for Tasman Marinas

Written by

Tasman Marinas has appointed Martin Hannon as Group Operations Manager. He will be working closely with the current General Manager David Wylie.
Martin is a qualified naval architect and chartered engineer with 20 years’ prior experience working in the yachting and marine industry here in New Zealand and overseas.
Tasman Marinas’ other facilities include Pier 21 in New Zealand and Hope Harbour Marina and Runaway Bay Marina in Queensland Australia.
Martin’s initial focus will be the extensive development of Auckland’s newest marine precinct at Tamaki Marine Park, on the Tamaki River at Mt Wellington.
This site is seeing further development with 10,000m2 of boat yard space being added to the existing dry stack facility. Most recent developments to the boat yard include a slipway, 60-tonne haul-out trailer, boat wash-down bay and covered and uncovered hard stand boat storage.
