Big names involved with the modern design of the First 36 include naval architect Seascapes Samuel Manuard, alongside Lorenzo Argento, designer of the First Yacht 53. Structural engineering is by Pure Design Team New Zealand, also recognised for its involvement with the TP 52, Ineos AC 75, and IMOCA 60 yachts .
With a wide and modern hull shape, this boat is designed to get on the plane in mid-range winds – perfect for both club racing and cruising with the family. Expected release is early 2022.
