British marine specialist Cox Powertrain’s CXO300 highperformance diesel outboards now have a robust, contemporary-styled carbon fibre cowling. The durable, lightweight protective housing is available in black or white.
Carbon fibre is renowned for delivering impressive stiffness, strength, chemical and heat resistance and was the natural choice to protect the world’s first 300hp diesel outboard. Custom colours and stylish decals will also be available.
The CXO300 offers reduced maintenance and provides at least a 25% better range compared to a petrol outboard and 100% higher peak torque at the crankshaft than current petrol 300hp outboards. It moves more weight more efficiently and reaches peak torque and top power more quickly.
