Maelenn Lemaitre joins the La Roche-Posay Racing crew
Joining pilots Quentin Delapierre and Diego Botín; flight controller and trimmers Jason Saunders, Florian Trittel, and Leigh McMillan; systems management and strategy expert Amélie Grassi; as well as backup helmsman and trimmer Enzo Balanger and Timothé Lapauw, the La Roche-Posay Racing Team relies on a group with clearly defined responsibilities and complementary experience.

Maelenn Lemaitre now officially joins these eight sailors. Recruited at the start of the season through the K-Challenge Akademy, the five-time women’s match racing world champion has already been working with the team for several weeks on the AC75 simulator.
Maelenn: “The weeks spent on the simulator have allowed me to get my bearings with the group and to better understand the specific demands of the AC75. I am very proud and happy to officially join the La Roche-Posay Racing Team and to be able to put my match racing experience at the service of the collective.”
Philippe Presti, Sporting Director: “Maelenn is already integrated into the team’s work. Her match racing experience, her clarity, and her ability to read situations complement the skills within the team in a very coherent way. Her background also perfectly illustrates the purpose of the work carried out by the K-Challenge Akademy: identifying talent and giving them access to the highest-level programs.”
