The convoy is on the road.

Tamaki Drive and Mission Bay are becoming congested with protestors.
9:45am
The last cars are peeling out of the carpark back at Albany. Others have reached the Harbour Bridge and further on early protestors have passed through Mission Bay.
The first vehicles in the convoy are now arriving at Mission Bay, on their way to Stanley Street which is the end point of this protest.

Dotted along the route are suppprt vehicles and boats just off Tamaki Drive.

Twenty to thirty supporting protestor boats are waiting under the Auckland Harbour Bridge

The Auckland Harbour Bridge is slowed right down with the left two lanes converging onto the left most lane completely slowed down
The protesters are having an impact with over 250 cars and boat trailers and supporting vehicles on the road going south from Albany. There is significant congestion.
The route is from Albany to Mission Bay via the Auckland Harbour Bridge.

A grassroots group, One Ocean Protest (OOP), has formed in early November in response to last-minute rule changes allowing commercial fishing inside newly designated High Protection Areas (HPAs) in the Hauraki Gulf / Tīkapa Moana.
