L&B’s new service administrator

Lusty & Blundell has appointed experienced customer service expert Gerla-Anne Lloyd as their new service administrator.

Gerla-Anne, who is based at the company’s headquarters in Albany on Auckland’s North Shore, will be the first port of call for those needing service or wanting to make a warranty claim. She will also be responsible for booking in service jobs, co-ordinating those jobs in the service department and being the communication link between customers and the service department.

With a degree in computer engineering and a post graduate diploma in business administration, Gerla-Anne has held a variety of responsible positions, including being a branch manager for a leading multi-national company.
