A statement of scale and design

With a beam stretching 9.7 metres, the Wildcat Project rivals the width of many yachts’ overall length. It is a floating estate, a residence on the water where no compromise has been made in the pursuit of excellence. The teak-clad deck runs uninterrupted from bow to stern, its rich grain a testament to the quality of materials used throughout.

At the stern, a hydraulic swimming platform—best described as a drawbridge—descends into the sea, creating an unrivalled bathing zone. The transom opens fully, offering a seamless connection between the yacht and the ocean. The sense of scale here is remarkable, with an expanse of deck space that allows for both lavish entertaining and tranquil solitude.

The helm: Command with authority

Dual helm stations positioned on both starboard and port sides provide complete control, allowing for effortless handling despite the vessel’s impressive proportions. Between them lies a luxurious lounging area, offering a commanding view of the horizon. The yacht’s design does not merely serve function; it elevates every experience on board.

Entering a world of refinement

Step through the full-height glass doors into the main saloon, where sophistication meets comfort. A refined dining area welcomes guests, seamlessly transitioning into a plush lounge space. Here, high-end furnishings provide a sanctuary from the elements, while large windows flood the interior with natural light.

A dedicated captain’s desk sits forward, blending practicality with elegance—an ideal workspace for charting a course or managing affairs at sea. Beneath the main deck lies the heart of this vessel: a suite of cabins that redefine on-water living.

The private quarters: A retreat at sea

Forget the term ‘cabins’—these are true bedrooms, each exuding the grandeur of a luxury residence. Floor-to-ceiling storage solutions are seamlessly integrated into the design, offering ample space without compromising aesthetics.

The ensuites, clad in exquisite marble and gleaming chrome, rival those of the world’s finest hotels. In even the smaller quarters, a settee provides a private retreat, allowing guests to enjoy solitude within their own space. The twin-bed suites maintain the same standard of luxury, ensuring every occupant experiences the full measure of this yacht’s refinement.

A superyacht built for performance

Beyond its luxurious appointments, the Wildcat Project is an engineering marvel. Constructed with a carbon fibre superstructure and an aluminium hull, it delivers both strength and agility. Running at a comfortable cruising speed of 12 knots, the yacht balances efficiency with the grandeur of slow, unhurried voyages.

A major diesel engine plant provides primary propulsion, while two 55kW generators ensure uninterrupted power to all systems. Whether at anchor or underway, the experience remains seamless, with every modern convenience available at the touch of a button.

The boat is equipped with a hydraulic power pack unit which consists of four electric pumps and an engine driven PTO. These electric pumps can be powered by 75 kW lithium batteries, allowing the vessel to sail comfortably and quietly in silent mode.

Designed for indulgence

Dining is an experience unto itself, with multiple options available both inside and out. The aft cockpit provides a stunning open-air setting, while the saloon’s formal dining area offers an elegant alternative. On the foredeck, yet another space invites al fresco meals beneath the stars.

For entertainment, a dedicated television lounge ensures relaxation in ultimate comfort. Meanwhile, crew accommodations—including a captain’s cabin and a three-bunk twin crew room—ensure smooth operation without intruding upon the owners’ experience.

Innovation in every detail

The Wildcat Project is more than just a yacht—it is a showcase of technological brilliance. The hydraulic stern swimming platform, tender garage with hydraulic side shell door, and integrated crane system allow for effortless tender deployment.

A 16-foot tender accompanies the yacht, ensuring seamless shore transfers. Additional features, such as the hydraulic side boarding ladder and aft gangway, underscore the meticulous attention to detail that defines this vessel.

A rare opportunity

This superyacht is more than an acquisition—it is an investment in a lifestyle of unparalleled luxury. With its imposing presence, exquisite craftsmanship, and world-class amenities, the Wildcat Project stands as a floating testament to the pinnacle of yachting.

For those eager to experience its grandeur firsthand, the yacht will be showcased at the Auckland Boat Show, where Paul Macdonald from MCD Yachts will be available to discuss this remarkable vessel.
